3. Account Registration

Each player is permitted to hold only one gb33 account. Creating multiple accounts — whether under the same name, the same device, the same IP address, or the same payment method — is strictly prohibited and will result in all associated accounts being suspended.

When registering, you must provide accurate and complete information. This includes your real name, date of birth, and a valid contact method. Providing false information during registration is a violation of these Terms and may result in immediate account closure and forfeiture of any balance.

You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials. This includes choosing a strong password and not sharing your login details with anyone. gb33 will never contact you to ask for your password. gb33 reserves the right to refuse registration to any applicant at its sole discretion, without being required to provide a reason.

4. Deposits and Withdrawals

gb33 accepts deposits and processes withdrawals via bKash, Nagad, and Rocket. All transactions are denominated in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT). There are no currency conversion fees applied by gb33.

Deposits are credited to your gb33 account instantly upon confirmation from the payment provider. If a deposit does not appear in your account within 15 minutes, contact gb33 support with your transaction reference number.

Withdrawals are processed by gb33 in under two minutes for standard amounts during normal operating conditions. Withdrawal requests may be subject to additional verification checks for large amounts or in cases where unusual account activity has been detected.

• All payment methods used for deposits and withdrawals must be registered in your own name. Third-party payments are not accepted.
• gb33 does not charge withdrawal fees. Any fees charged by your payment provider are outside gb33's control.

• gb33 reserves the right to request additional identity verification before processing any withdrawal.

Funds deposited into your gb33 account are held separately from gb33's operational funds. Your balance is available for withdrawal at any time, subject to any active wagering requirements on bonus funds.

5. Bonuses and Promotions

gb33 offers a range of bonuses and promotions to both new and existing players. All active promotions are listed on the Promotion page. Each promotion has its own specific terms, including wagering requirements, eligible games, minimum deposit amounts, and expiry dates.

General bonus rules that apply to all gb33 promotions unless otherwise stated:

• Bonuses must be claimed within the time period specified on the promotion page. Expired bonuses cannot be reinstated.
• Wagering requirements must be met before any bonus-derived winnings can be withdrawn. The wagering requirement multiplier for each bonus is stated clearly on the promotion page.
• Only one bonus may be active at a time unless gb33 explicitly states otherwise for a specific promotion.
• Bonus funds are used after real money funds have been depleted, unless stated otherwise.

• Any attempt to abuse bonus offers — including but not limited to creating multiple accounts, using third-party funds, or placing low-risk bets to meet wagering requirements — will result in the bonus being voided and the account being reviewed.

6. Game Rules and Fair Play

All games available on gb33 operate using a certified random number generator (RNG). Game outcomes are independently verified to ensure fairness. gb33 does not manipulate game results in any way.

Each game on gb33 has its own set of rules, which are accessible from within the game interface. It is your responsibility to read and understand the rules of any game before placing a bet. gb33 is not responsible for losses resulting from a player's misunderstanding of game rules.

• Bets placed and confirmed cannot be cancelled or reversed.
• In the event of a technical malfunction during a game, gb33 will investigate and resolve the issue. If a game round cannot be completed due to a technical fault, bets placed in that round will be refunded.
• gb33 reserves the right to void any bet that was placed as a result of a software error, pricing error, or any other technical fault.

7. Prohibited Conduct

The following actions are strictly prohibited on gb33. Engaging in any of these activities will result in immediate account suspension and may result in legal action:

• Providing false information during registration or at any point during your use of gb33.
• Creating more than one account, whether under your own name or any other identity.
• Using gb33 for any form of money laundering or financial fraud.
• Colluding with other players to gain an unfair advantage in any game.
• Using automated software, scripts, or bots to interact with gb33 in any way.
• Attempting to exploit software bugs, errors, or vulnerabilities for financial gain.
• Harassing, threatening, or abusing gb33 staff or other players through any communication channel.
• Accessing gb33 from a jurisdiction where online gaming is prohibited by law.

gb33 monitors all account activity and reserves the right to investigate any account suspected of prohibited conduct. During an investigation, the account and any associated funds may be temporarily frozen.

8. Account Suspension and Closure

gb33 reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any account at its sole discretion. Reasons for account action include but are not limited to: violation of these Terms, suspected fraud, suspected money laundering, failure to complete identity verification, or any activity that gb33 considers harmful to the platform or other players.

If your account is suspended, gb33 will contact you via the email address registered to your account to explain the reason and outline any steps required to resolve the situation. In cases of serious violations, gb33 may close an account without prior notice.

You may also request to close your own gb33 account at any time by contacting support. If you close your account voluntarily, any remaining real money balance will be returned to you via your registered payment method, subject to identity verification. Bonus balances that have not met wagering requirements will be forfeited upon account closure.

9. Privacy and Data

gb33 collects and processes personal data in accordance with its Privacy Policy. By using gb33, you consent to the collection and use of your data as described in the Privacy Policy.
